Babyprice - Order Process
When you place an order you will receive various notifications to update you on the progress:
- Email confirmaiton of Order Submitted
- Email quote to confirm order after we have checked the stock levels
- Email VAT invoice when all complete
- Log into your account and see the tracking details which will autotically link through to the tacking page on the courier/Royal Mail
You can add your PO reference on any orders placed and also include any instructions/information we may need to process your order
As a wholesale business we are unable to accept return of goods ordered unless the item is faulty. If you do have a product that has a fault please email mike@babyprice.co.uk and we will confirm how this will be handled and is dependant on the manufacturer/brand requirements.
